HIS-CA-001A

4-Wire Speaker Cable Comb prototype concept.

A low-profile 3D-printed cable comb concept for clean 14-16 AWG speaker wire routing on amplifier racks and automotive installation panels.

Prototype Concept

Overview

HIS-CA-001A is the first product in the Hall Integrated Systems development queue. The concept uses four open rounded wire channels, a center countersunk screw-hole idea, two long zip-tie slot concepts, rounded corners, chamfered edges, and subtle PETG/FDM-style product design language.

Problem Solved

Custom car-audio amplifier racks and installation panels often need clean parallel routing for speaker wiring without relying on improvised zip-tie placement alone. This concept is intended to improve wire organization, maintenance access, and finished appearance while keeping the part low-profile.

Concept Features

  • Four open wire channels for 14-16 AWG speaker wiring
  • Center screw-mount concept with countersunk direction
  • Dual zip-tie slot concept for secondary retention
  • Target material: PETG
  • Low-profile geometry for amplifier rack and panel layouts
  • Rounded corners and chamfered edges for a finished installation-hardware look

Development Status

Current status: AI concept visualization complete. CAD modeling and first prototype print are pending Autodesk Fusion access and print workflow preparation.

Planned Manufacturing Direction

The planned direction is 3D-printed prototype development using PETG as the target material. This is a prototype concept only and not available as a production product.
